Madan Mohan Chaturvedi B.Com., F.C.A.

M. M. Chaturvedi, founder partner of the firm, has had a distinctive academic career securing 6th rank in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the intermediate exam of UP Board . After completing his articles from the leading firm, C.C. Chokshi & Co., he qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1978 and became a fellow member in 1983. He was member of Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountant from 1982 to 1988 and was its Secretary in 1983-84 and its Chairman in 1986-87. He is presently founder trustee on Western India Chartered Accountants Education Trust and has very actively contributed in the procurement of land and construction of a C.A. Students Hostel at Vasai. He is a frequent speaker at seminars, conferences and workshops of the Institute and other professional and business associations. His paper on "Merchant Banking Category IV vis-a-vis Chartered Accountnats" was awarded First Prize in the 14th Western India Regional Conference. WIRC published a book authored by him titled "Role of Chartered Accountants as Merchant Bankers" in 1997. He is on the Board of Grauer and Weil (India) Limited, a leading public Company. His specialisation is in strategic business consultancy with particular emphasis on tax, corporate and economic laws, Accounting standards and regulations.

Subodh Chaturvedi B.com., F.C.A.

Subodh Chaturvedi qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1992 after doing his articles from the leading firm of Chartered Accountants from North India, S. Vaish & Co., and became a Fellow member of the Institute in 1997. He has vast and varied experience in statutory and internal audits of large enterprises. With the firm for almost two decades, he is is a regular participant in the continuing education programmes of the Institute.

Apurva Chaturvedi, after serving his articles from Delloite, qualified as Chartered Accountant in the exams of the Institute held in 2006. As Partner of the firm, he has been incharge of Internal Audit function of some of India's Leading Corporates. His specialisation lies in system study , Corporate consultancy and leadership development.

Rishabh Chaturvedi, B.Com., A.C.A.

Rishabh Chaturvedi qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2006 and acquired invaluable post-qualification experience working with KPMG in their Internation Tax and Financial Services division for about three years. He has natural flair for national and International tax laws and spearheads firms tax practise in these areas.
